Após muitos rumores e especulações, finalmente saiu a lista dos indicados ao Grammy Awards 2016. A organização da 58ª edição do evento liberou os nomes dos concorrentes nesta segunda-feira, dia 7.

A premiação é a mais importante do mundo da música e, por isso, a mais cobiçada entre os cantores. As cinco principais categorias foram anunciadas durante um programa de televisão norte-americano e as demais no site oficial. Os artistas Taylor Swift e The Weeknd lideraram a lista de indicações.

A cantora aparece nas categorias de Melhor Álbum do Ano, Melhor Álbum Pop do Ano, Gravação do Ano, Musica do Ano, Melhor Performance Solo, Melhor Clipe e também Melhor Performance Duo ou Grupo. Enquanto isso, The Weeknd concorre aos prêmios de Melhor Álbum do Ano, Gravação do Ano e Melhor Performance.

Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson, Ellie Goulding, Florence and The Machine, Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters e Pharrell Williams também estão entre os indicados.

O Grammy Awards 2016 acontecerá no dia 15 de fevereiro. A cerimônia contará com uma homenagem a Lionel Richie. O cantor receberá o prêmio de Personalidade do Ano, que é concedido a um artista pela sua contribuição à música.
