A-HA anuncia nova turnê no Brasil em 2022

Nesta segunda-feira, 22 de novembro, a banda norueguesa de rock new wave, A-HA, anunciou em suas redes sociais a sua mais nova tour mundial. Entre os locais listados, está o nosso país tropical e as principais capitais dele - fazendo com que os fãs brasileiros enlouquecessem!

O grupo irá passar por cidades, como Recife, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Belo Horizonte e Curitiba. Veja o cronograma completo da tour, chamada "Play Hunting High and Low Live":

Vale lembrar que os shows confirmados hoje, são reagendamentos da turnê programada, inicialmente, para 2020.

A "Hunting High and Low Tour" foi organizada para celebrar os 35 anos do disco homônimo, que rendeu aos noruegueses fama mundial. Entre as músicas, estão: "Take On Me", "The Sun Always Shine on T.V" e a faixa que dá nome ao LP.

O álbum foi um dos mais vendidos da carreira do A-HA, contabilizando mais de 11 milhões de cópias vendidas. Já nos rankings musicais, o disco alcançou a décima quinta colocação na Billboard - uma das maiores revistas do gênero.

Outro feito histórico aconteceu no ano de 1986, quando os músicos foram a primeira banda norueguesa a ser indicada para o Grammy Awards na categoria Melhor Artista Revelação.

Após a reestreia de "Hunting High and Low", o projeto alcançou o top 40 da Billboard nos Estados Unidos, assim como na Alemanha, Noruega, Hungria e Reino Unido.

A versão original do LP também foi certificado como platina nos Estados Unidos pela RIAA, Recording Industry Association of America. Já nos países da Europa, a obra arrematou o certificado duplo de platina na Noruega e Reino Unido.

No Brasil, o álbum vendeu mais de 270 mil cópias, rendendo ao grupo o certificado de ouro no país pela Pró-Música Brasil.
