“Billboard Music Award”: Veja o que aconteceu na noite

Na noite de ontem, dia 15 de maio, aconteceu mais uma das grandes premiações da indústria musical. Sediado na cidade de Las Vegas, nos Estados Unidos, a “Billboard Music Award” contou com a presença de vários artistas como performances memoráveis.

Esse evento premia os artistas que mais estiveram presentes de acordo com as paradas da Billboard. Para serem indicados ou mesmo premiados, eles são selecionados com base no seu impacto pela música, que é medido pelo número de vendas digitais de álbuns e singles, quantidade de streaming, repercussão em veículos como rádio e a influência nas redes sociais e na internet como um todo.

O BBMAs foi dirigido pelo rapper Diddy e outros apresentadores pontuais como Annita. A transmissão começou por volta das 21 horas de ontem (de acordo com o horário de Brasília) direto da Arena MGM Grand Garden.

Aqui no Brasil, o evento foi transmitido pelo canal da TNT desde às 20:30 da noite e no pré-show Gloria Groove, Letticia Munniz, Day, Drika Barbosa, Johnny Hooker e Vitão fizeram parte da apresentação do pré-show.

Performances

Anteriormente, havíamos publicado sobre a participação de Ed Sheeran em um das performances da noite. Além deles, Florence and The Machine, Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Thee Stallion, Rauw Alejandro, Becky G e Burna Boy também se apresentaram na noite de domingo.

Não podemos esquecer que um cantor bem querido entre nossos ouvintes da Antena 1 esteve por lá, Bruno Mars junto a Anderson Paak performaram “Leave the door open” lindamente na premiação, tirando todos da cadeira. Mais uma vez, o projeto do grupo Silk Sonic mostra o seu poder. A música do grupo faz o maior sucesso em nossa programação ocupando lugar no ranking das 10+ por diversas semanas como do mesmo modo ficou não só no Top das 100 músicas mais pedidas entre os ouvintes em 2021, mas em primeiríssimo lugar.
